H. F. & Associates, LLC is a reliable and innovative mental health private practice that provides effective therapeutic services to our clients. Dr. Halcyon Francis is an experienced clinician who is available and willing to assist you on your wellness journey.
Dr. Halcyon Francis provides mental health therapy services for clients ages 21 and over. This includes individual sessions and families. Dr. Francis has expertise in working with clients who have a history of depression and a range of traumas, including sexual, physical and emotional abuse. She also treat clients who have been traumatized as a result of neglect, witnessing or experiencing community and/or domestic violence, and trauma related to school or workplace bullying. An additional area of focus is working with clients who have been diagnosed with Pre-menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).
Individual treatment plans are developed for clients to cater to their specific mental health needs and goals. Treatment modalities include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting and trauma informed practices.
Session Costs & Insurance
$150.00 individual session (evening sessions available)
Brainspotting Therapy Packages:
6- 50 minute sessions for $500.00
4- 50 minute sessions for $350.00
Initial sessions might run longer than 45 minutes. This allows time for a complete psycho-social history to be collected in order to determine the best course of treatment for the client. There is a one time cost for the initial assessment of $200.00 for cash paying clients.
All major credits cards are accepted.
Currently accepting all Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance plans.
